Clinical Audiologist



Rebecca F. Afroilan has been a practicing clinical audiologist since earning her Master of Science Degree in Audiology from Gallaudet College in 1975. Prior to graduate school, Rebecca completed her undergraduate training at SUNY at Geneseo in New York State with a Bachelor of Science Degree Cum Laude in Speech and Hearing Sciences in 1973.

She has continued her education through the years with seminars, conferences and other continuing education activities. She earned an award for Continuing Education from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association in 2006 along with an award from the American Academy of Audiology in 2004-2005 also for continuing education.

Rebecca is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, the Hearing Loss Association of America and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Audiology. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology and is licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.

During her many years of practice, Rebecca has provided diagnostic and rehabilitative services to patients of all ages from infancy to geriatrics. She has been and is currently employed in a medical practice providing diagnostic audiologic evaluations, vestibular evaluations, counseling and hearing aid fittings, repairs and follow of services. Her greatest reward is the satisfaction of helping individuals with their specific communication needs and seeing their life become more meaningful and enjoyable as a consequence.

Doctor of Audiology



Dr. Margaret (Cindy) Connor is a certified and licensed audiologist who practices at Head and Neck Associates of SE Pennsylvania in suburban Philadelphia.  Dr. Connor received her Master of Education in Speech Pathology and Audiology from the University of Virginia and her doctoral degree (AuD) from the University of Florida.

Dr. Connor currently is Director of Audiology at Head and Neck Associates and ASK Physicians Hearing Centers.  She has practiced as an independent consultant in several Otolaryngology practices and was Director of Audiology in a hospital setting. Previously she was an affiliate of Temple  Medical School and Presbyterian Hospital, teaching residents.

Dr. Connor is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, a charter member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology, and is a member of the American Acoustical Society.  She is also a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology.

Dr. Connor has worked with infants, children, adults and geriatrics in diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology.  She continues to provides services in electrophysical and vestibular evaluation as well as counseling and rehabilitative services with communication devices.
